Full Moon in Libra (April 11, 2017)

Deck: Rider-Waite Tarot
Layout: 5-Card Mini Cross
Cards: (1) 6 of Rods in reverse; (2) Knight of Swords in reverse; (3) 8 of Cups in reverse; (4) 5 of Swords in reverse; (5) Heirophant in reverse

This reading's affirmation from Deja Osbourne's Manifesting Prosperity and Success Deck is: "Music is a magic tool. It has the power to motivate my body, mind, and soul."

The Full Moon in Libra will help bring harmony to relationships that were previously conflicted or otherwise difficult.  A transformative (Pluto) energy accompanies this Full Moon, and breakthroughs (Uranus) can be expected.  We are also being asked to behave differently than before, to move away from our patterns regarding interpersonal relations, in other words, we are being asked to act differently.  There is still something we need to master before we can move on.  It is likely that the lyrics of a song will provide us some assistance in this regard.

I am 68 yrs old and for the first time in my life I find myself hostage by a force - illness - that I have no control over. The introduction of medical establishment to my life means insufferable invasion of my privacy,

I am the nine of wands, with the queen of wands personal card and I feel much like the protagonist in either the 8 or 10 of swords.

Last October I was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer and the least of all I trust (I am Dutch) is Canadian Medical Establishment for everything here evolves around dollars. As a human being I feel objectified, an exploitable commodity and as such I have kept surgeons off of my case for the past 6 months.

I agreed to take neoadjuvant hormone therapy instead but after three months the metabolic side effects became unbearable.

Here are the choices I have: bilateral full mastectomy with a micky mouse immediate reconstruction (no nipples, no areola) or a lumpectomy without reconstruction. Full mastectomy largely diminishes the risk of recurrence and therefore saves the government money.

Lumpectomy therefore is seen as a liability to their MSP budget and with a deterrent by absence of plastic surgical reconstruction.

A catch 22 situation - there is no winner - especially not me.
But with in the back of my mind the late/long term metabolic syndrome from endocrine therapy - I had no choice other than to accept lumpectomy which is to take place on April 5th. I have no confidence whatsoever in a positive outcome with a possibility of re-exicision hanging over my head.

From a European point of view and in the absence of disposable capital, I now find myself at the mercy of third world troglodytes.

Yes, I can see that happening, the mountain, the snake etc - the only effective manner of my changing ways is by returning to the civilized western European world.

Could you do me a favor and lay a mini Celtic for the week of April three to April 12th?

Much obliged,

Marianne Coquillon
